Accident / Injury

Mass tort cases allow individual plaintiffs to join forces with other plaintiffs who have been harmed in a similar way.  In these pre-trial proceedings, single courts hear cases in a consolidated manner to address preliminary issues that set the stage for individual litigation. Mass tort litigation eliminates the need for lengthy pretrial proceedings while offering an economical and efficient way to address a person’s individual circumstances and the extent of his or her personal injuries. For people who have been severely harmed and do not want to forfeit the right to be compensated in an amount that recognizes their own pain, suffering, and loss, a mass tort claim is worth exploring with an experienced litigator.

Common Injury Claims

ear-plugs

3M - Combat Earplugs

If you served in the United States Armed Forces between the years of 2003 and 2015 and utilized 3M’s faulty combat arms earplugs, you may be eligible for a significant monetary award. 3M is an American manufacturing company based in Minnesota that supplied the United States government with earplugs for servicemembers in the military. These earplugs were supposed to prevent hearing loss and injury caused by excessive noise from gunfire, equipment, roadside bombs, and more.

If you believe your hearing loss is the result of utilizing defective earplugs from 3M between the years of 2003 and 2015, Trajector Legal is here to help you build a strong case against 3M and get the award you deserve.
